About after-sales service for international customers.
Currently, role of after-sales service for international customers is delegated to stores and agencies outside of Japan.
However, those stores and agencies often cannot provide fulfilling after-sales service.
Moreover, international customers who purchased products in Japan may not be able to receive after-sales service in home countries despite stores and agencies exist in their countries. When those customers contact stores in Japan which they have purchased products, there are still possibility that accurate information cannot be communicated perfectly in foreign languages.
STUDIO OceanMark will improve this situation.
This time, staffs of SABRE STROKERS from Singapore received training for after-sales services at STUDIO OceanMark. This allows STUDIO OceanMark to provide fulfilling after-sales services to customers in Singapore and Malaysia.
With this background, SABRE STROKERS has signed a contract with STUDIO OceanMark to become official international after-sales service centre.
STUDIO OceanMark will continue training stores and agencies abroad, and provide environment in which customers can use our products confidently for long time.
